PACT Act Vape Mail - Shipping Announcement

Update 3/25/2021 US customer can't pay orders via credit card. Please send money to our PayPal account. You could see our PayPal account when you check out. 

By now, you may have received news in regards to the upcoming PACT Act and vape mail restrictions, especially in regards to USPS, FedEx, and UPS. We want to offer some clarity on how this may affect the vape shipments moving forward.

1 Our US warheouse will stop shipping on 19th. March. Orders before 9:00AM 19th. March (Beijing Time) will be shipped out from US warehouse. Orders after this time will be shipped out from China warehouse.

2 We accept credit card until 25th. March. After 25th., we will stop the credit card channel for US customers. We are searching new payment options and will notify our customers once it is ready.

3 For now we could still ship orders from China warehouse. Free shipping for orders over $50 which is the same with paid shipping. They are same shipping carrier and same speed. Normally it takes 15-20 working days to deliver. It may delay by bad weather. Please note, EU warehouse can't ship to US. 

In the meantime, we recommend customers to stock up on vaping gears to ensure adequate inventory reserve while shipping operations are still normal.
