I placed an order for the Nexlim through Oxva on February 18, 2025, and it shipped quickly, arriving on February 24, 2025. Upon first use, I was impressed. The taste was great, and the device felt well built. I thought it was going to be my new favorite.
However, on the second day of use, I began experiencing issues. The device stopped responding entirely and wouldn’t work at all. After leaving it for about an hour, it began functioning normally again. A quick search on Reddit revealed that others had encountered the same problem, suggesting this is a known issue with the device. Unfortunately, after that second day, the device completely stopped working. I tried various button combinations from the manual and plugged it in, but it didn’t show any charging status lights. I then contacted Oxva customer support, and on March 3, 2025, they advised me to submit a warranty claim, providing a link to do so, which I completed. Since then, I haven’t received any updates. Additionally, I’m having trouble logging into the Oxva Service Center, where I assume I’d check the status of my claim. I’ve reached out to both the store and support emails for assistance with my login issues and to get an update on my claim but have only received generic AI responses. I was really enjoying the device during the short time I was able to use it, and I’m disappointed that I have to leave a 1-star review. I still hope that my issue will be resolved, and if I receive a response to my warranty claim, I will gladly update my review.
